Isabel De Los Rios’ Three Rules for a Diet Solution Program

The Diet Solution program has been a resounding hit among a vast number of dieters eager to lose pounds and inches. What make this program different from all the rest? There are many factors, but there are only three rules. If you follow them, you are promised to tip your scale for the better by 10 pounds in two weeks.

1. Do not eat anything that is white, especially sugar, white bread, white rice and white pasta. Stay clear of most milk products. There are exceptions to every rule and the exceptions here are lean poultry, fish and cauliflower.

2. No coffee unless it is organic and black. Drink plenty of water but that’s all and plain water only.

The Diet Solution Program Rich in Precious Oil

Today it’s pretty hard not to hear about the benefits of olive oil. A lot has been discovered regarding it and even more said about this precious oil.

Olive oil has been used since biblical times; even then, it was known there was something special about it. However, no one would have guessed then just how special. Using olive oil can reduce the risk of having a stroke by 41 percent and it’s believed it may reduce heart disease by at least that!

Isabel De Los Rios, author of The Diet Solution Program, knows well how important olive oil is to good health and weight management. “Olive oil has long been associated as a healthy alternative to other oils more commonly used in our foods,” she says on her website. “To me, it’s not a question of what will they find in olive oil that proves to be so beneficial to us …to me…it’s just a matter of when.”
