The Diet Solution program has been a resounding hit among a vast number of dieters eager to lose pounds and inches. What make this program different from all the rest? Today it’s pretty hard not to hear about the benefits of olive oil. A lot has been discovered regarding it and even more said about this precious oil.

Olive oil has been used since biblical times; even then, it was known there was something special about it. However, no one would have guessed then just how special. Using olive oil can reduce the risk of having a stroke by 41 percent and it’s believed it may reduce heart disease by at least that!

Isabel De Los Rios, author of The Diet Solution Program, knows well how important olive oil is to good health and weight management. “Olive oil has long been associated as a healthy alternative to other oils more commonly used in our foods,” she says on her website. “To me, it’s not a question of what will they find in olive oil that proves to be so beneficial to us …to me…it’s just a matter of when.”
